Since these digital ebooks and courses are downloadable and non-tangible, they are considered “used” the moment access is granted.

For our Elite Custom clients, we invest significant manual labor and expert design time into your project.

• Before Work Begins: If you change your mind before our design team starts customizing your site, a full refund (minus a 5% administrative processing fee) is available.

• After Work Begins: Once our team has started the branding and editing process, we offer a partial refund based on the stage of completion, or we provide additional design revisions to ensure you are 100% satisfied with the result.

Domain Names

Please note that Domain Name registrations are third-party purchases and are non-refundable under any circumstances. Once a domain is registered in your name, it is yours for the duration of the registration period.

Exceptional Circumstances

We are committed to your success. If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing your empire, and our support team cannot resolve it within 7 business days, we will issue a full refund.
