Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing a package from Rheda Academy, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers who access or use our service.

Service Provision

  • Standard Empire: We provide a pre-built website framework and access to a library of 100+ digital assets.

  • Custom Empire: We provide personalized design and branding services as specified in the package description.

  • Timeline: While we aim for “One-Click” or 48-hour delivery, technical delays with domain propagation or third-party hosting are outside of our immediate control.

Intellectual Property & Resell Rights

  • The Platform: The design and code of the website framework remain the property of Rheda Academy or its licensors.

  • The Content: You are granted Resell Rights or Private Label Rights (PLR) for the 100+ digital assets included in your package, allowing you to sell them as your own. You may not, however, resell the “Empire” business model or our proprietary agency branding.

Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate information for domain registration.

  • Maintaining the security of your login credentials once the site is handed over.

  • Ensuring your business activities comply with the laws of your local jurisdiction.

Limitation of Liability

Rheda Academy provides the tools and foundation for a digital business. We do not guarantee specific income levels, profit margins, or web traffic. Your success depends on your marketing efforts and business management. We are not liable for any loss of data or profit resulting from the use of our services.

Third-Party Services

Your empire may rely on third-party services (e.g., WordPress, Hosting providers, Payment Gateways). You agree to abide by the terms of these third-party providers. Any disruptions caused by these services are not the responsibility of Rheda Academy.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate access to our support or update services if a user is found to be engaging in fraudulent activity, harassment of our staff, or violation of these terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the business is registered. Any disputes arising from these terms will be handled by the competent courts within our primary place of business. By using our services, you agree to submit to the jurisdiction of such courts for the purpose of litigating any such claim.
